Who runs this site, what you may do with its content, and what we do (and don't do) with your data. Last updated 11 October 2026.
1. Who we are
This website, www.shautech.com, is operated by shautech, an IT consultancy and managed-services practice based in Bucharest, Romania, delivering across Europe. You can reach us at contact@shautech.com.
To complete before publishing: registered company name, trade register number, VAT number and registered office address, as required by Romanian law and the EU E-Commerce Directive.

The design, text, graphics, code, interactive simulators ("shautech labs"), the "shautech pulse" demonstration and all other content on this site are the property of shautech unless stated otherwise, and are protected by Romanian, European and international copyright law.
You may view, print and link to pages for personal or internal business reference. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, sell, embed or host any part of the site, the simulators or the audit demonstration without our prior written permission. Playing the labs with your own team in a workshop setting is exactly what they are for; repackaging them is not.
3. Trademarks
"shautech", "shautech pulse" and "shautech labs" and the › mark are trade names of shautech. Microsoft, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, Windows and related names are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. BitTitan, ShareGate, Quest and other products named on this site belong to their respective owners. We are an independent consultancy; mentioning a product does not imply endorsement by its owner.
4. The simulators and the demo report
The shautech labs are teaching simulations. Companies, people, e-mail addresses, domains, prices and incidents in them are fictional or illustrative, and any resemblance to real organisations is coincidental. The phishing examples are deliberately fake and contain no working links. The shautech pulse demo shows sample findings, not the results of a real scan. Nothing on this site is professional advice for your specific environment; book a discovery call for that.
5. Privacy
What this site collects
Nothing, by design. This site has no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no contact forms and no third-party scripts or fonts. All fonts, styles, scripts and images are served from this site. The simulators and the demo report run entirely in your browser and do not send your clicks or scores anywhere.
Hosting
The site is served as static files by our hosting provider, which may record standard technical server logs (IP address, requested page, browser type, time of request) for security and operational purposes under its own privacy terms. We do not receive or process these logs for marketing.
When you e-mail us
If you write to contact@shautech.com, we process your name, e-mail address and the content of your message to answer you and, if you become a client, to deliver our services (legal basis: your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding). We keep correspondence for as long as the business relationship or a legal obligation requires, then delete it. We do not sell or share it with third parties beyond the providers we need to run e-mail and deliver our work.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us to access, correct, delete or export the personal data we hold about you, or object to its processing, by e-mailing the address above. You may also complain to the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP) or your local data-protection authority.
6. Links
Links to LinkedIn profiles and other external sites open content we do not control. Their terms and privacy policies apply there.
7. Liability
We keep this site accurate and available with reasonable care, but we provide it "as is". To the extent permitted by law, shautech is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site's content, from interruptions, or from decisions you take after playing a simulation. Our contractual work is governed by the agreement we sign with each client.
8. Governing law
Romanian law applies to the use of this site, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
